::Lost a filling, so went to check after getting a recommendation. The doctor told a rout canal and a crown is needed. then he advised to replace all filling and remove the old crown to check if it is Ok underneath. For beginning the ladies at the counter were unprofessional, rude and only interested in collecting money. Providing customer service was never on their agenda. The male officer is very interesting, he makes statements which he forgets faster then he said them, be careful. I asked for the manager and was repeatedly refused a name, number and even address. The real problem started during the crown fixing. The crown did not fit properly and the team needed convincing that they need to do some corrections. They lab person even started arguing about what type of pressure the crown creates on the other teeth. When i advised the doc that the crown is sensitive to hot food and drink ones more they tried to convince me that nothing is wrong. Only after insisting they agreed that there may be an issue, however corrective action would only be done after i waited an other week. reluctantly i agreed. The doc proceeded with another filling. The fun started at check out, despite the fact that the expensive crown needed correction, the front desc insisted that i pay the insurance deductible. The male officer conveniently forgot all the assurances he gave me over the phone only that afternoon. This place is a not interested in providing any customer service, they take the money and then refuse to provide the services paid. After being insulted to the extreme i decided that i do not want to deal with then anymore, so i asked to be refunded for the bad crown. Now, i was told that this is difficult and may take a long time. Noone is responsible for such request here, that after repeatedly stating that they provide 1 year warranty. only after insisting i was given the accountants name and number so i can follow up the possibility of an refund, the managers name and contact was once more rejected. I will advise on the refund situation in the coming days and possible weeks. I can only warn form ustelising this clinic. Used the contact to raise a complaint. Impossible, only got the accountant on the phone. no one takes ownership. Had to serch the internet to find a correct email to send a complaint. Still in severe pain. I guess i can write off the 3500 SR i paid. False claims on warranty as they do not care when you find out they messed up.
