::As a candidate: HR recruiter is so poor in terms of communication skills and respecting any job candidates. I applied once and did an interview but no feedback but ignoring all messages and emails, by that time I tried many times to reach the HR recruiter SMS, calls, walk in, and emails just to provide me with a feedback either yes or no and why if not.. (Ignoring candidates is really disrespectful and unprofessional)
