  الملاحظات المهمة : ١)الأثاث مهترئ يحتاج إلى تغيير. ٢) البلاط يحتاج إلى تبديل فهي قديمة ومخدشة. .. يحتاج إلى مصمم ديكور لتنظيم الألوان .. المميزات فيه : ١)أخلاق العمال متميزين . ٢)مكانه رائع . ٣) استغلال الأسواق فيه ممتاز .

  المكان ممتاز للعائلات نظيف ومرتب وغرف واسعة وكل الاحتياجات موجودة فيه وفيه مواقف للسيارات وسبب التقييم بأربع نجمات وليس خمس أنه قديم نوعا ما ولكن يستحق أن يكون أحد خياراتي عندما أكرر الزيارة لمدينة جدة

  I was referred by a friend and discovered that this Hotel is more than me and my family have expected it to be. The hospitality of the staff and the owner was beyond compare. Very clean rooms, centralized A/C, so many perks provided in the room like bathroom amenities plus fresh towels, cozy beds, ironing tools, kitchen tools and a lot more! room size are so huge that it's more than we bargain for plus the sofas can accommodate so many guests in. A perfect family friendly furnished hotel that feels almost like a 3 star. They also provide good seating at the lobby, a cafeteria, public wash room and a prayer room. they also provide basement parking for hotel guests which is essential to put the cars under the shade. The place is so quiet and that's a huge plus for me after all the noise in the city. The downsides? maybe the centralized A/C since not all of my family appreciates cold rooms to sleep on. and the underground parking is so hot that it's not worth staying down there for so long unless you're so cold and want to have a quick warming solution. I also noticed that the spaces of the underground parking are a bit limited but luckily my car has rear sensors to avoid hitting anything. All this for a very affordable price. So If and whenever I'll visit Jeddah and look for a hotel to stay I'll definitely consider this one at the top of my list. TIP: try looking for Mr. Qassim Oudah (Manager) and will give you some extra hospitality and services.
