  They deliver in 2 days. The product I received was a mere book so I can't really judge the shipping process (books don't break or tear apart mid-shipping). They send you an SMS message once your shipment arrives, telling you which branch has it so you can collect it. The process of collecting the shipment was flawless and easy. Expensive, but it's to be expected from a medium to high quality shipping service.

  Only one representative working at this place. Crowded most of the time, slow service and few parking lots.

  Slow service at the office. Needs to be more organized.
