::They do not deliver packages. You have to go pick them up. It doesn’t matter if you leave a perfect address (including a google maps pin drop per an sms) or phone number or make a phone call or send an email. Only way to get your package is to pick up.

::SMSA is good courier service but attitude of workers not good. They close before closings time.

::They do not deliver where they are supposed to. They don’t read the address you have written, when you instruct them by telephone they listen but nothing is changed. There is no way to lodge a complaint neither through email nor by phone. You can never reach a supervisor or manager who will listen to your complaint or help you.
