  Very bas center and the employees didnt know any thing about maintenence

  Take your sonu devices for any warranty related issue..if you bought your hardware from jarir..souq or extra ..this is then place to claim it.

  Service is good. There were three executives serving. Service is also quick. Sitting arrangement is fine.

  There don't commit to the working hours. If you have plan to visit the center you should be there before 05:30pm. Moreover, you can not communicat with maintenance team via phone and you should visit the center physically which is not required for minor clarifications. Sony electronics are the best for me regardless to the market share status
