  They don’t have all items at the gallery , prices is expensive, you can get same item with lower price outside.

  Poor service. The (apparently) Saudi salesman didn't seem interested in helping me choose a new phone, answering my questions with as few words as possible. The Egyptian store manager was rude and obnoxious, and when I pointed that out to him, he seemed like he couldn't care less. I dealt with that store a year ago, and they were much better back then. I'm taking this up with their management. Unless you absolutely need to, do not shop there! Go to another branch or just shop elsewhere.

  Very bad experience along with my friend in the last year 2016.. Very bad and Rude Senior Staff.. He doesn't know really, How to behave..poor Staff.. We had asked to arrange him a sound system. He agreed. after that 2 times we have visited. But the ordered System didn't received.. we asked him, Why you didn't bring ??we are coming from very very far Just to buy Sony Products.. He was making us silly and claim that he thought that we won't buy anything and we are just making time pass.. How dare he said that.. No value for Customer??finally we say Good Bye to Sony World.. Sorry to say that.. Sony PDT is good but Your senior Staff at Prince Sulthan Branch is very rude.. I forgot that man's name.. even I don't want to remember..he claimed that he had more than 18-20 years experience.. 😂 😂
