  I bought an iPhone X, it was DOA. Sent it back for replacement but a repair phone was sent back with rigged IMEI and serial number. I paid for an iPhone with FaceTime but after repair it was removed from the office. I was charged 200 SAR more for FaceTime. Don't trust this website even if they advertise themselves as an Amazon company. Worst customer service and after sales support experience. They accused me of cheating, for sending a phone back with different serial numbers than the one Souq sent me. Which was not possible as the phone was DOA and I couldn't check the serial number at all. There was no serial number on the body. However, the repaired phone had both serial number and IMEI rigged when I received it. Souq is a liar and a cheat company.
