  Friendly staff, quality service, expert doctors and a memorable hospital for me since two of my children were born here. The rooms specially for our medical class category was at par from what I was looking expecting. From the daily room service to the food and furnitures available I am really impressed it is like staying in a five star hotel but the one thing that I can really remembers the most is the friendly staff I’ve encountered highly commendable and deserves more than 5 star rating here

  Pretty good doctors and surgeons. They seem to make sure they check all boxes in terms of patient rights. The insurance deparment and pharmacy have numerous counters to minimize long queue during peak hours.

  While there are one or two exceptional doctors who know what they're doing, overall this hospital is rubbish from the management all the way to the bottom. Horrendous customer service and stupid/illogical booking systems. Patients are seen as a massive dollar sign, and the staff are specialists in the techniques of getting as much money as they can from the sick patients. I really hope that the ministry of health takes action against such unethical practices in the private hospital sector.

  Neurologist Department will open Morning 9am-1pm and 5pm-9pm. It better if you have appointments before you visit hospital. Professional doctor and nurse. Very good behavior. Even pharmacy is also well managed.

  the hospital is nice. the nurses and doctors are nice but the staff are disinterested in the patients. Very snobbish and have NO regard for the patients espescially the dermo section and espescially if you come from a particular region in Asia.
