  Disappointing!!! Im always buying flowers for colleague who got sick in the hospital and the service was good until today. When I came in the shop, both of the staff(looks like Indian) are talking on the blue tooth headset with someone on each of their phone and doesn’t care to the customer. Very bad service!!!the whole time until he fixed the flowers i ordered, he was talking to someone on his phone. Very bad flower arrangements and tie is almost loose and he did not even spray to make it look and smells good.I feel so disappointed. For the longest time that we are ordering flowers from that shop, I feel sad that they keep this kind of staff.
