  Good gym and the instructors are really good and helpful. They will even go out of their way to help you.. however, the treadmills, bicycles and eleptical are not properly maintained and serviced, therefore most of them don't work.. has sauna which is a big plus. Showers are good good and clean as well.. its overall a clean gym.

  The place is low quality actually but the prices are good. Its clean overall but some machines won't work from time to time and the machines themselves are somewhat old overall its a value gym you get what you pay for
