  I believe that almost all Starbucks stores are great but this one has a special characteristic, on the water side of kurnash road. Its a great place to grab your favorite coffee and enjoy the waves.

  The staff need to be trained for customer service.

  Lots of flies inside the branch .... it is not clean and the service is very slow. Regarding the flies, some revies are as old as 4 months also complaining and nothing happened since. And i don't understand why the branch is dirty? No cleaner with 1000 SAR per month to clean the place or what? Really such a location deserves much better than that.
