Feedback was delivered to the regional director but he apparently doesn't appreciate negative feedback.

::Good coffee (stating the obvious) and a great location. Very good place to sit outside and relax drinking your coffee and it is usually busy in a nice way. It gets really crowded on weekends as it is one of the few places for young people to hang out outdoors.
