  Entered the cafe to enjoy a good cup of coffee but left with a bad taste in my mouth courtesy a very rude and condescending staff at the till.

  The place and coffee was good but unfortunately the person taking the order was very rude and very condescending. Very disappointed with my experience.

  They have a wall with various coffee beans displayed like a scale from weakest to strongest, starting from one side of the wall until the other side, gives a nice visual for a newbie to understand.

  Best branch in Jeddah as it is big enough to contain Starbucks' addicted. Family section has a second floor. Staff are so friendly.

  It's my morning stop for the past 4 years , great staff , the have outdoor seating area in the front of the store and indoor up stairs , for family section the have one indoor first floor and another in the second floor . This store was renovated in 2017 .
