  One of the best hotel in Jeddah. Very close to Andalus mall and most of the Jeddah attractions are easily accessable from the location.

  As a platinum elite member who stayed at more than 70 IHG hotels before I never expected such a service at this hotel... bugs on bed and cockroach on bathroom!! During the 3 days stay we had to request the house keeping 2 times and make a complain to get our apartment cleaned.. again we complained about the service one night before we checkout but they decided not to clean our room again and not to bother calling us to apologize about the mess this hotel has. I recommend NOT TO CONSIDER THIS HOTEL and to SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

  Maybe the place is luxurious but the food is not the same , I mean ordinary food and you may find one tasty dish among the whole bouffe.

  We had our wedding here, at their banquet hall on the first floor. Hotel is brand new, excellent food. Suites are clean and all new. Staff is very cooperative. There is a 24 hours coffee machine on the first floor. Hotel connects to Andalus Mall, which is a one stop shopping destination. Location is perfect, all destinations are nearby.
