  This building has been bought by Saudi Telecom Company from GO Telecom Company with a partially leased back portion. Now both GO & STC have offices therein. One major issue with this building is that it is located to open directly into King Abdulaziz Road. This makes it a real driving test to exit the building especially at peak or rush hours; especially that now Riyadh Metro works have blocked most of the main road. One needs to exercise utmost caution also when entring as front space is narrow and yet engaged by two container size electric generators; one on each side of the entrance and the exit.

  It’s a work place office of STC BSST office and Go Telecom-Atheeb. Nice Work Place
