  Very bad customer service. One staff in the right corner playing with his phone while customer are waiting for long time.. I went there about for Times to get a prepaid connection but they denied ..glad I switched to mobily ..stc should take actions before it was too late

  Too crowded and extremely disorganized. Slow service, no place to sit down
