  Is a good start up gym for any beginner. The gym fee is normal.

  Very close to residence, can be reach by walking if you stay in hail Al wazarat. Equipments are in good condition, No violence, musallah is available for praying in the GYM.

  Seven days open. Timings from 1:30 pm to 11:00 pm Six days. On Friday 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Monthly Fee SAR 200 with discount if paid as quarterly or six monthly in advance Reasonable equipment for body building and other exercises. Good environment Nice guidance by trainers Other facilities like lockers, washrooms and change rooms also good

  From Last 10 years i use to Workout in This Gym.. About Gym, i not found same Gym, Atmosphere Anywhere like this. About Couch, i didn't have words to say about.. He the Simply Best. Down to earth and his way of training is Awesome and result oriented.. Anyone can feel the transformation... After join the Strong Gym...
