::Very dirty rooms and so conjusted place

::First of all its not sufrah al jazeer its masarat makkah(sufrah 1). Board is changed now. Distance from haram is around 500m actually but agents say its 350m. Rooms are very very small. If you booked a three bed it will only accommodate 3 single tinny beds. Not even a side table or lamp. Mattresses are pathetic. Springs will hurt your back. ACs are window ACs which are very noisy. No power sockets available for mobile charging. Washrooms are working okay but no room service. Stayed there 7 nights and no one came for room service. Lifts are always busy and can waste your plenty time. Staff is decent. One guy from swat named bilal sits on reception is having excellent customer service. He is very polite and humble. Guided me well thats the reason i increased one star in rating.

::Nice small place very near to Haram. Food is good, shopping places are nearby at a reasonable price as well.

::I got room on ground so far it was good but there was no wifi and had weak signals in room. Else it was 450 to 500 m far from haram floor.
