  An exclusive side entrance separate from crazy rush of the remaining Clock Tower Complex is great. Even better, the street on side entrance is typically closed to people coming to haram from hotels further away, roughly half hour before each prayer. This is done presumably to manage traffic inside the mosque, however it gives you a virtually private walk to the mosque. Deducting one star due to unacceptably small bathrooms

  Good staff and good food . Clean nice rooms. Not far from holy mosque may be 5 minutes walk within the mall or through the side entrance. The only thing is that no business centre if you need to print boarding or important documents. Overall very good

  They had the best Iftar buffet or buffet I ever seen. Rooms and service was top quality.

  V.good modern hotel. V.helpful staff. Few small preventable issues we had to face, the room safe batteries needed replacing, the room door wouldnt shut. The room was sold to us a Haram view partial, it REALLY was partial very partial ! ask for full kaaba view if you can afford it. Breakfast was good. The lift network takes a few days to get used to.

  Beautiful hotel , nice view and amazing employees, free internet, clean and large rooms, very tasty food Reception is very quick and efficient
