  Good prompt service. Closed from zuhr till 1.00 PM though. Opens at 9.00 AM till 5.00 PM.

  Very bad experience of customer service Product Quality is very good I am using the product of Sony 2004. It is first time in my experience. It is under warranty Only scratch on camera but he told me you will crevice charge 350 How is it possible I told him service charge free I will pay camera cost 85 sar Saudi staff was not agry other Indian staff was satisfy my word Please suggest me Thanks for ask my feed back 🔙

  جدا سيئ عندي ضمان ويبغو فلوس لتصليح الجهاز!! وش الفائده من الضمان لو بتطلبو فلوس للتصايح!!؟؟؟؟ بلايستيشن 4 I have warranty and they asked for 370 riyal to fix the ps4 I asked why they said because u have warranty it's 370 if u don't have its 950 😑😑 the hdmi socket is broken I would go to batha to fix it with much lower price I don't know the use of the warranty if they don't fix.

  My phone screen was showing on the half side only. I went there Sunday morning there was not much que. The guy took my phone and submit it. After one day I got my phone back with new screen and casing with no cost. It was all damaged on the corners. Thank you Sony for the service. My phone is new again. :)
