  I have been in many banks over the world, but such as this bank branch I have not seen such racisim and discrimination from the employee to their customers. I waited in the line for about two hours and a half waiting in a line while particular individuals who knows the employee doing his stuff with a smile on the face and when it was my turn he waived his hand to go to the other counter which it has more than 70 people in total of the lines and with not saying anything and the at the back they have 5 employees that are just sitting and chatting amoung them self and only two counters are helping more than 100 individual. It's sad to be a Saudi citizen and I get treated like that. I know nothing will change and I'm sure many had the same situation in the same branch.

  فرع جيد ومعاملة الموظفين جيدة المشكلة الوحيدة في نهاية الشهر وبداية الشهر يكون هناك ضغط على التحويل ولا يتوفر موظفين كفاية
