  One of the staff here took more than ten minutes to update iqama information. He didn't speak English nor Arabic well and when questioned for info, he was banging his desk and speaking. They need to bring competent people here.

  Worst branch ever I saw. The staff is unprofessional, and totally uncooperative, arrogant with useless mudeer that has no control on them. I visit 6 times for minor data changes and always met stupid people one by one. I suggest to change the whole staff from this prime branch. People are suffering too much.

  Too crowded. Staff have a bad and unfriendly attitudes. Al Rajhi management must address such issues at this branch and other ones as well.

  Empty lines ( less than 2) quick process just have to go on non-crtical time as possible.
