  Very lazy staff. Spending lot of time for one customer. In three counters only one works other remain absent. Almost complete one day is required for 1 transaction.

  اسواء تعامل مع العملاء لا يوجد ارقام للانتظار اوقات الصلاة يقومون بطرد من دخل وانتظر في الطوابير موظفين غير متعاونين

  Very poor service and attitude of the staff. Not only are they Impolite and unhelpful they are condemning and rude. I went to the branch at 11:30 and was told to come back at 12:00. After returning and waiting another half hour the manager served 3 customers only and when it was my turn said he was leaving for prayers as he is a Muslim "implying I was not" They have put a "tea boy" at the front to issue the tickets and manage the bank who doesn't have a clue what he's doing and when a mistake is made they say oh why didn't you ask us....yet they remain completely unapproachable and in their own world on their mobile phones My worst customer care experience ever in my life in more than 40 countries I will never visit the brunch again and if anybody in a position of authority reads this feedback i hope some action is taken and that they should be made to apologize It's precisely people like this who have ruined this beautiful country Saudi Arabia and damage the Muslim Umahh!!!
