  Best brownies ever. Great service and standard. The meat is great. Especially the slow cooked ribs and the New York rib eye. The ribs, the meat just falls off it. And the meat is so soft and tender. Probably cooked for a long time on low. The steak should be cooked medium well. A little pink in the centre and no blood. Also, the fat gets caramelized well.
