  Excellent staff and service. 💫 We always have an amazing experience when we stay here! Our recent stay here was an absolute pleasure. The staff make you feel like royalty. They come to turn your beds in the evening and leave a Patchi chocolate on your bedside. Each room has a coffee machine which comes with the pods. A wide selection of teas and coffees are also available in the room. It’s on the doorstep of the haram, very convenient for ladies especially. The breakfast had undergone a renovation. The selection of foods is wonderful and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. This is more than just a hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Exceptionally Great Hotel. Great location and quiet atmosphere. Excellent services and friendly, helpful and professional staff. Rooms are large, hygiene and with all amenities. Other convenient services are attached to hotel. Coffee Shops, Pharmacy and other stores. The food quality is great at hotel’s main restaurant which serves breakfast, launch and dinner. I wish the administration pays attention to the business center by updating its computers, and printers with new technologies rather than such obsolete ones.

  Lovely experience, My family stayed at the hotel after Hajj 2017. The services and location was fabulous. The rooms were very clean and serviced. I did not expect the level of hospitality, the hospitality that they presented us with. I am seriously happy that i chose this hotel. Best place to stay in Medina.
