  The bank services has improved significantly. I believe it became a model that should be followed in all other Branches. I am really impressed by the positive change. I really hope that it continues at this great level.

  Flashback to 2004 service. Customer service is very slow & rude. Understaffed I would think. This bank needs more branches.

  Extremely slow customer service. Two customer service employees only. another two doing nothing but approving the other two employees resquests! 90 mins to open an account.
