  They take double charge. I already paid for handling and they charge the receiver again for handling. No one answer their support hotline.

  One of the worst services. My company's shipment was sent on 16th of May, to Djibouti and the delivery date was on 21st May. Today, is 26th May and my shipment has still not been delievered. Since last 4 days I've been trying to contact sales, customer service of TNT and once they answer they keep throwing the calls at each other internally. Is this how you run your buisness? I've been wasting my time over calls and you people dont know to respect your customers? Who is gonna pay for all the damage that's caused due to your negligence.
