  Shipment that was suppose to arrive in 1 week took over a month, and charged me an extra 350$ to get my stuff. not only that, their customer service number doesnt answer calls during the month of ramadan, i stayed for 30-45 minute numerous times with no one answering me, even though the phone beeps and it connects me back to an answer machine. Thank god for DHL
