  System was down for 2 times that I visited. Some of the representatives are so rude and far away from being professional. Very slow paper processing. Too much waiting time. I'm a third party and they played the famous insurance companies game which is sending me to a car assessor down in dammam "shaikh alma'ared" because they did not want to pay the quotation prices that I got. Prepare for the worse when you deal with this company!
