  Value for money place...location is very near to corniche walkway . But there are no nearby restaurants or bakala...u need to either go to Panda or lulu hyper which is around 7 Minutes drive from this place. Good place to stay with family. This one is near to "Beit Misk" . When searching in Google maps please search for TulipInn Dammam and check for the place near Yakoot road otherwise it take you to Swiss-international hotel.
