  Poor staff service, unfriendly staff. Try asking from the minimum food they serve for the morning breakfast and they will look at you with a killing eyes. Great ambience though.

  Wonderful and very modern style airport lounge. Good food and nice seating areas. They also have Nespresso coffee and rooms for rent for those who like to sleep for a while. All you need to enter is one of those global premium credit cards.

  While nicely lit, the lounge is all cosmetic and ruined by a few staff with exceptionally poor attitudes. There is a hidden cost in entering if your bank doesn't have an agreement with them of US$27.00 and they won't even warn you that it might be charged [I was categorically told it would not be]. The meals are OK and limited in choice, cutlery all plastic, chairs mostly nicely designed but uncomfortable, sleep area tempting but mostly unmanned unless (I assume) it's night time... Because people don't travel at long odd hours compared to local time. WiFi didn't work the whole stay. The only redeeming thing about the nicely designed areas is the abundance of power sockets. Otherwise... The staff attitude alone will ensure I never return to this lounge unless I absolutely have to.

  Comparing Plaza lounge in King Khalid Airport, this is far best and excellent lounge to enjoy the very nice environment, food, drink and seating. Wifi is free and more than a dozen variety of food and drinks, if you are business class passenger then its free otherwise $38 per person , which is nothing if you have more than three hours leg at the airport. enjoy your time

  Very impressive lounge... comfortable and fashionable couch. Personnel are very polite and approachable... good food drink all you can drinks. Another plus is that they are fully equipped with chargers for mobile devices which are very useful for travelers... additionally, unlimited Wi-Fi. To sum it up... we had a blast in this lounge.
