::Nice place to feed the ducks but not much greenery here yet people come and have their breakfast there. There are no nearby servies so you must get all you things ready before going there

::Wadi is a Arabic word used for a stream of water or river. Yes it's a river in desert. Wadi hanifa is running through city of Riyadh. Water source is rain water from various watersheds on the hills of North West regions. River front is developed at various places across the river. This place is one of the developed place. Easily approachable from main roads. Completely secure area for a family outing. What you can do here? Best time to visit is October to March. From late morning to late evening you stay there. Come with your lunch and may be dinner also if you want to stay long. You can prepare your own barbeque here no restrictions. Or you can catch a fish and prepare your own fish curry. Fishing is allowed but I was not able catch one during my visit in December month. Overall a nice weekend outing place.
