  I booked through booking. Com but when I reached there at 8:30 p.m I came to know that my room had already been given to someone else. There was another customer who was showing to them his screen shot from booking. Com and his room was also allotted to someone else. So we had to search somewhere else. At midnight I received message that my reservation has been cancelled. There was a nice staff person in this hotel who helped me search a hotel nearby

  Not upto the expectation....Cannot be counted as a three star hotel.... But their cleanliness cannot be degraded.... it was clean and tidy....

  When I booked, my expectations were very low. I was surprised to find it much better than expectations. For their prices during the high season, it was worth it. Reception, on the other hand, does not speak a single word of English, so we had trouble checking in as my booking was fully prepaid and he could not comprehend that. It was resolved afterwards.

  We went there to take our room for resting and we booked online our hotel as soonas we reached he said the hotel is cancelled we didnt even cancelled it. they were acting that they were searching our reservation and the manager is is also with them but he is telling nothing.worst experience ever.we wated from 4pm to 3am so that we can get our room AND it was one day before EID. never go to this hotel and there was a man who helped ous like a brother and he was one of the staff.sorry i cant take his name.
