  This hotel could be better if staff will be trained more about customer service. From the receptionist to the restaurant chef should know the value the importance of guest. Being welcomed and make a guest feel at home is an experienced to keep. The hotel is new and the rooms are larger compared to other hotels we stayed in Jeddah. The hotel is clean and has a comfortable bed. Internet is fast but with limited English tv channels. They have good breakfast with a lot of pastry varieties. All in all, it's a good experience.

  كل شي يفوق يوصف . فخامة . رقي .تعامل . أخلاق . نظافة . ترتيب . فطور . ديكور . اهتمام بالنزيل . من أروع الفنادق في جدة وبالتأكيد سأعود مجددا له بإذن الله
