  The used to close at 8:30pm, now they started closing at 5:30 pm without any information.

  I went to transfer money they made me think I was asking them for money. the line was very long they don not even have ticket number for the customer. overall horrible experience

  Absolutely horrible, Ive been trying to set up a new account for two days. The manager (not Nawaf) says " I don't know anything" the Indian guy at the customer service desk says " I don't know anything" after I've stood in line for nearly an hour. They've taken the name of a respected company and dragged it through the mud. Advice to all, don't come to this branch unless u want to waste your time and energy.

  Very bad customer service. They don't need help new customers. No any guidance. If you want open a account, may be you should wait few hours. Don't go there around prayer times. If you want any service from enjaz, you want wait minimum one hour there.
