::فرع سيئ ولا يخدم أقسم بالله اني ضربة مشوار من الجبيل الصناعية الى الدمام وبحثة في الفرع الرئيسي وفرع الذي بحانب المستشفى وفرع الخبر الراشد لا يوجد أجهزة خدمة عملاء سيئين هذه شركة الافلاس والاستهتار وقلة التقدير والاحترام ايعقل ان الحبيل كلها لا يوجد بها فرع بيع وشراء على كبيرها من الجبيل البلد الى الجبيل الصناعية والله مهزلة يعرضون الناس للمخاطر الطرق والزحمة والحوادث من يقرأ رسالتي لا يفكر في النقل الى زين ومن في زين يبحث عن الشركات التي تعطي ويتوفر بها كل ما تريد وخدمات متوفرة دائماً (شركة الإفلاس زين)

::My own experience with retailer of Zain. Zain... Purchase sim or service only from Zain show room not on the retail store. I had a bad experience in retail store. Let me explain... I had purchased a new data sim card from local retailer from Seiko, Dammam. As per her information he told this is a per-paid sim have data 100 GB and valid for 2 months price 160 SR. I agree and purchased. I attached the retailer shop with his image for your information. After a month I received message from zain saying to pay due amount. I call customer care and understand that sim is post paid 100 GB plan and its not under my name. But under my id there is another two sim card is activated on the same day. Finally I went to the main Branch and ask to cancel the sim which is in under my ID. They charge money for cancelling the sim. So what really happen means the retailer given a post paid sim from activated by another person ID and take the copy of my id and sold two sim cards to others. After all I went to the retailer and ask about this. He understand the situation and act indecently. I plan to give Police complaint but due to insufficient time I just leave this stupid free. According to me this is not a small issue because if someone missuses that no. i need to face the consequences that's why i alerting all the readers with my experience. Thank you.
