  The service is unbelievably slow and annoying. I don't what the representatives do with one customer for 20 minutes.

  Worst costumer service i ever suffered in my life. I went six times. Six times!!!!! To try to cancell a sim and get a new one. First in the small shops and then in the main branch. They just give excuses, ask you to go to another branch, to come the next day until the system is updared or tell you that they will call the next day when the IT is available and then nobody call. If you call them it is even worse. A person with an indian accent difficultly understable attend you saying everytime the same things and asking you to go again to the branch personally even when you are assuring that these things did not work and the people in the branch dont solve the proble. It is extremely irritating and frustrating.

  I pay my internet bill that is first week of January 2018 an this is my first to come at zain main office the security guard is very accommodating and courteous also specially the staff.

  Worst service.. people who are coming after I did are getting serviced just because they are new customers. What a way to treat your customers!
