  1. Go inside 2. Enter the premises and go inside the building on left hand 3. Inside the building, on your left Register your Iqamah Number In the registration machine and take your token. 4. Present your token and iqamah to the receptionist and pay him (5.25 Saudi Riyal for 1 Bottle) 5. Take your new token and go outside. 6. Find the Lane number on your token, go to your lane. 7. Scan the Bar Code on the top of your Token and the bottles will pop out of the machine. Voilà Have a safe journey ahead. Salam !

  First go to Tocken machine enter your iqama number then you will get a tocken then go to the counter pay cash(in one iqama number one time we will get 2 bottle @ 5 SR/ bottle.Only After 2 weeks we will get another bottle from the same iqama) then go to the delivery counter (check the counter number from the slip and go to the same number delivery counter) scan the slip.

  Very smooth process. First, go to the electronic token machine. If you have iqaamas for yourself as well as your family, then go to the family token machine (First machine on left after entering the registration building). Here, scan your iaaama or enter your iqaama number manually. After receiving your token (You are allocated 2 bottles per family number). Now proceed to the assigned counter number. Before you get your token, please ensure you have exact cash with you (SR 5.25 per bottle), as the tellers often don't have change. Once you reach the counter, show him your token and iqaamas of all family members, and give him required amount. He will then give you your receipt. Take it outside to the delivery section, and scan the barcode. Your alloted number of bottles will then be released from the machine. The complete process won't take more than 5 minutes.
