  Good place to stay, nice and clean but the location is a little bit challenging... Stayed here for 5 days got a good hospitality from the office boy, he helped a lot.

  The hotel is quite ok. The catering service is great (but it's not part of the hotel, I think). There are 2 (or maybe more) towers, so it can be confusing if you don't pay attention. The room with 5 beds is large, but the one with 4 beds is quite small. There's a pungent smell coming from the bathroom drainage so maybe you want to bring air freshner/camphor. Also, no AC remote control in the room, so it's kinda awkward. The hotel is 10-15 minute walking distance from Masjidil Haram, but it's located mid-hill so walking back to hotel can be quite challenging for older people.

  Hotel should have their own Golf cars to carry people near to haram, like other hotels have near Zwar Al Bait. Hospitalitiy, Rates, Care, Room service all is great.
