  It's a good compound with greenery,kids play area, swimming pool,party hall etc.

  Best compound it have gym, pool, football court, basketball court, scoish, playing area, tables and chairs, grean area, private parking and free parking security (camera 24/24 - security man's - wall all around the compound...)

  The akaria compound is in the middle of Riyadh, giving you access to all facilities like restaurants, shopping malls and hospitals, the place is old but good for most ages as it's a residential area with a lot of greenery.

  It's good for families and kids but i wish the swimming pool was cleaner and the compound had a little bit more space
