  Nice masjid. There used to be initially 7 Masajid over there but now a central Masjid has been built. Women prayer area also available. Central Air conditioning in Masjid. It's built on place where Battle of Khandaq took place 1400 years ago between Muslims and infidels from Makkah. Historical and religious place.

  This is a historical masjid which is located at the historical place of khandaq during the life of prophet Mohammed people from mecca attacked medina, at this place companions and our prophet defended Medina and all the Muslims living in Medina, the historical importance of this masjid cannot be estimated by just words, it is a place worth seeing and very useful to increase the love of Medina city, each and every corner of Medina city is full of history and sprituality for muslims

  Majidi Khandak is also known as Masjidi Fateh. It was constructed at the time of Battle of Khandak (Trench). The battle happened in the year 627. In order to defend themselves, the Prophet ordered to make big trenches at the places from where invaders could enter. The siege lasted for one month before the invaders rushed back to Mekkah. At this point four more mosques were also constructed by the companions of the Prophet.
