  Hotel is just above average. Rated 3 stars for the 3 stars hotel.There is no wow factor but the panoramic view of the masjid nabawi is very nice. Best view ive had so far in both madina and makkah. Toilets are nice although our bath was a bit dodgy. Door to our room was very difficult to close and lock, spent many times trying to lock it before leaving. But, overall it is a nice hotel which i would recommend to others visiting the masjid, as it is very close to the masjid. Food in the restraunt was of good quality alhamdulilah.

  Its location is convenient but the rooms are very small and crowded. The staff can do better by being more friendly and know their stuff about reservations and receipts.
