  You can find reasonable fruits and vegitable varieties. The best thing is fresh Pakistani mutton availability.

  AL Rashid Town Square of Al-Ahssa is a neat and clean place. There is many shops, restaurant & cafes inside, however it is not a prime location for shipping. There is also a supermarket 🛒Carrefour and the amazing chocolate cafe dipndip plus saduddin, kudu, kasa pasta, Centerpoint, fun house & much more. If you are staying for a couple of days at Al Ahsa, you can definitely spend a good time there.

  The mall is really small and there's not alot of shops and restaurants, its a good place to relax in a cafe and grab a cup of coffee but not for shopping.
