  Very close to the Masjid. Good location. Fast food and a few restaurants are also close by. Friendly staff, the reception staff was helpful in an early check in. May have been a five star in it's heyday but needs some renovation now. It still maybe a five star due to it's proximity to Haram. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Will definitely book again for any future trip.

  Not really a five-star hotel. Could possibly pass as a decent 3 star. Service from all departments poor. Rude restaurant staff. Room was only cleaned every second day. Location is excellent.

  Worst hotel ever! That's saying something because I travel a lot! First they simply don't clean the rooms. We had to ask them 5 times in person and over phone to actually clean. They cleaned at 9pm. Not only that, I asked the cleaning person for cups and he simply said he didn't want to get it. The breakfast is pretty gross and unsatisfactory (also unsanitary). Many plates and cups are dirty too. They don't even put new things like shampoo and towels unless you practically go on an investigation. Never been so annoyed. I really don't recommend and I'm astonished that this hotels rating is even a 4.

  room is small, but not so small. the bathroom and toilet is big place. nice room service too. the buffet is good and nice. overall, i love to be there. i hope i can visit Madinah again and stay there again.
