  Par excellent service all round. Would like to thank Saud at reception for the excellent manner in which he handled everything and made our stay very comfortable.

  Good customer service. Old hotel. Not five star . I will give it 3star. Room was to small for family.

  Good location, especially being so close to the ladies gates of 16,17. Bad service, staff are unprofessional at all they don't have any basics of hotel service whether it is housekeeping or room service, & rooms are too small. Not a 5* hotel at all, it is supposed to be 3*. Don't recommend it at all.

  A very nice, clean hotel. Very nice staff as well. The guys at reception were very helpful and booking processing was very easy. The best feature is it's closeness to the Holy Mosque. Really easy to get into the mosque through either gate 17 or Gate 16. The rooms furniture is a bit worn but still on good condition. Room linens were replaced everyday of you wish. The bathrooms had little problems, minor leakages and water draining issues but nothing that cannot be managed. Always opt for the breakfast. Really good variety and great taste with live cooking as well. Overall, a very pleasant service and stay.

  I gave them 4 stars due to power outages, poorly powered and confusing outlets. The room has light switches that also turn off the power in the entire room 😕. Breakfast was good, I would prefer more fresh fruit not canned. Dinner was good. Overall, I liked my short stay.
