  The worst health insurance provider in Saudi Arabia. Even medications for a common flu needs prior approval from the insurance company, let it be just a Panadol. Patients have to wait for 2-3 hours or even more to obtain approval. If you are newly diagnosed with High Blood Pressure or Diabetes, this insurance company will not allow you to purchase medicines under insurance. Instead, they will respond back with a statement "Undeclared medical condition at application" I wonder how any patient can foretell or declare a medical disease he is going to get after few months of obtaining insurance card.
