  خدمه اقل ما اقول عنها وضيعه جدا يخلصون خمسة عملاء في ساعتين سلمات !!

  واضح من عمل إعطال النظام من الأمس والمراجعين يتكدسون بالساعات في مكاتبهم وفي اي لاخظة يخبر الوظف من في المكاتب بإعطال النظام على نطاق المملكة وذلك ليتسنى لهم حتي وقت بداية سنة ٢٠١٨ للأستفادة من قيمة الضريبة ٥٪‏ وهذا يعتبر استغفال للناس واتمني أن يتم إقافها كما كان بالسابق في سوق الاسهم والمكاتب.

  Once upon a time (17th Dec) i visited this creepy branch. 3 gold counters out of which 2 were functioning fortunately , 30 customers stood waiting for their turn as tho it was weekend night on bahrain causeway. 2 representatives wer trying to figure out what to do on their screen, while the third one was reported missing. Every customer were served with full heart which took ages for the next customer to come in next. Moral of the story- Guyzzz wake up...!!! Get ur systems nd representatives fixed, for customers to be served more efficiently and appropriately in a timely manner.

  الساعة ٢ العصر اليوم السبت ١٦ ديسمبر والمكتب مقفل ومكتوب انه فاتح ٢٤ ساعه وانا جيت من الظهران عشان المكتب على اساس انه فاتح
