::The employees are polite and helpful, unfortunately the service is sub-par. They are apparently no longer affiliated with FEDEX. The customer service number that they provide with my shipment invoice redirects me to FEDEX who say they no longer work with ALJ, they forwarded me to TNT shipping who also say they have nothing to do with them. Secondly, their shipping service, price was extremely reasonable but was not worth it. They gave me an AirWayBill to track however it was useless as I could not use to track my package, no website to track no SMS to notify me. They only called me repeatedly to tell me the package could not be delivered to the US. Horrible experience. Just use DHL, TNT, Saudi Post or SMSA instead.
