  My son bought a car from their branch in Al Hasa. They gave him so many promises about delivery but always get delayed. Also, he had a sound problem on the brake within the first two weeks and sent the car to their Dammam Maint Shop. I went to collect it and found their service receptionist giving mostly excuses and verbal feedback about the braje problem. He did not accept to give me a report of the problem description and repair action as if he is afraid of a compliant made against them. They are truly representing Cadillac poorly!
